Pelikan M400
The Pelikan M400 is probably what you
would call a 'standard' size fountain pen, as you will see from the dimensions
below. It has the classic plunger mechanism, giving a large ink capacity. The
clip and trim are gold plated, with double rings at the ink handle and a single
ring on the nib section. It has a hand-crafted 14ct gold nib with rhodium
decoration. This pen is, of course, absolutely mint and factory fresh and comes
in a large, deluxe, silk-lined presentation box complete with instructions
and guarantee, which is three years against mechanical failure.

The M405 is identical to the M400 in all respects except that
the clip and trim are silver rather than gold. This model is only made in black
and blue, as these are the colours that best compliment the silver trim.

M420
The M420 is one of the latest
models in the 400 series. This beautiful pen, in black only, has a sterling
silver cap with an engraving space, and a silver filling knob. The nib is
upgraded to two-tone, 18ct gold hand-crafted, plated with rhodium and has a medium point.
